去年底降级，PD: 6/1/2010. PP 三次，被拒。我自己六月做了SR , USCIS 回复如下：
mmigration and Naturalization law prohibits this office from responding to
an inquiry submitted by anyone other than the petitioner/applicant. We will
be happy to address the status of this case if such a request is submitted
by the petitioner/applicant.
上个月要求律师做SR,告知要收费，HR 说即使我的I-140 批了，我还是要等排期，不给
做，我只好等了，今天收到EMAIL,说On August 28, 2014, we mailed you a notice
that we have approved this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER。
现在用EAD 和 AP 心里踏实多了。
