其实我也不确定我是EB2绿的还是EB3绿的 [NSC]
报个Timeline：
4/24/2013 PD
10/27/2016 RD
9/14/2017 New Card Is Produced（主副卡同时）
一开始approve的I140是EB2的。中间经历了换工作，然后公司又被别的公司收购等等，
在去年十月份的时候file的EB3 downgrade 和AOS concurrent filing。EB3的
downgrade I140 是 6/14/2017 approved。然后EB3紧接着就retro了，也是心累。本来
以为怎么也要到10月份后才能批，但是今天收到通知是card production。看之前有个
card production后被reopen的case，我这个如果是按EB3的category是要到10月以后，
所以也不知道是什么情况。已发信给律师询问。先报个绿给大家参考下。

I guess LZ went through a new PERM + EB3 140 process for the current
employer, but ported the prior EB2 PD.

换了工作后，还是报的EB2 PERM，然后port到了之前的priority date。去年8月份的时
候EB3的二排current了，公司就file了EB3 downgrade + AOS concurrent。我估计我这
个case还是按得EB2绿的。

If you have chase checking, it's MUCH more possible to get your
credit card closed. I don't know why.

If you had an approved 140 in EB2 with the current employer, it is very
possible your case auto-relinked back to EB2, especially NSC cases.

why? Is there any chance to close credit card by chase for large purchases?

去年年底10%时我同一账户买了2个$1.5K（两张Freedom)，啥事都没有。所以估计是其
他原因。

doesn't have to be last Q4's transaction. Chase risk dept may caught up to
your transactions one or two years ago. If you did not do cash bill pay (
from counter or walmart...) or transfer UR points to other ever, then it can
be you are a "god nurse" buying something like 4 ipads + 3 iphones using
personal cards.
