我们刚拿到绿卡。
父母过来帮忙照顾产妇和孩子，需要办旅游签证。
这种情况需不需要我们给签证官写封信？如果写了，会不会因为我们是绿卡导致父母
旅游签证的通过性变低？
还是父母在面签时说就是来旅游的，不提来美国需要照过孩子和产妇？
有经验的帮下忙。

我和我太太今年公司都愿意帮助申请h1b
但是她的Opt2月份过期，可以在4月递申请，但是在等待的阶段中能否做free
internship那种没有钱的，只是为了保留职位？
我的问题是在美国拿的本科和硕士会计文凭，公司大概有600人左右，做房地产管理的
公司，老板愿意办身份，现在是 15块一小时，可以办下来的机会有多大呢？还需要和
老板争取什么？
请大家帮忙

千万千万不要说照顾孩子和产妇。
建议先在网上做点研究，看看信应该怎么写，再决定要不要写。

probably RFE only.
I do not think you will receive an invitation for interview based on your PD
and RD if your BOC is China-Mainland.

yes, you can. you can reschedule it, decline it, confirm but no show-up. you
can do whatever you like to do. this is a country of freedom.
