1个freeback的买家买了我的东西，buy it now用paypal付钱了以后不到一会又file
paypal dispute说unauthorized payment，幸好我的东西还没寄出。。。。是不是我得
罪神医给人玩了？？现在怎么办呀？？怎么才能拿回ebay final fee啊？？

you are fine: your eBay fee will automatically refunded after you file
unpaid dispute. You can ask ebay to refund you the listing fee even if you
call them.

yes, you can file unpaid dispute because the paymenet will be held/cancelled
by Paypal. You will NOT get this payment for sure. Dont' ship.
