被review了两次，都通过了。可是第二次的结果有个条件：
"a portion of your seller account balance will be held in temporary reserve
in your Amazon Payments Account for the next 30 days. While this reserve is
in place funds from your sales will not be available for disbursement until
14 days after an item sold has been confirmed as shipped.
悲剧啊，有限的资金就被这样占用。各位神医有同样的30天hold吗？
