sold a few small items, got the payments, but all marked
as "Seller Protection - Not Eligible"
even the address is "peepal confirmed".
I use paypal premier account to accept the payment.

I have same problem. If your item is lower than $100, I suggest you ignore
that message. Otherwise call ebay to ask why that happen.
