一个a－z导致 ODR大于1％，然后就挂了。说可以写performance plan可以appeal
请问应该怎么写？谁有现成好用的模板，我大包子求一个。。。

做啥了，这么高的ODR……信里说你解决了就行吧？

病人要退打印机，没emal我，直接a-z 了。没干别的，rate都是100％
但是我总共order不到100个，有一个a-z 就超过1％了。
