This Laptop is dead. How to spend hours on phone with HP now waiting for box
to ship back.
Very disappointed and I am going to leave negative feedback if I am not
compensated for the roughly 10 hours I spent on phone. I bought this as a
present for someone and had to go to bestbuy and buy one to give to them.
