call the local post office at the zip code (not the 1-800 number) and speak
to the postmaster directly. tell him the address and tracking number, he
will talk to the courier in charge of the neighborhood to find out. maybe it
already got delivered but the courier forgot to scan it, maybe it is still
sitting in a truck. good luck!
