第一次在amazon卖了个贵点的HP touchpad，居然收到病人的“i recieved my hp
touchpad yesterday. when i opened it it has lot of scratches at the back, i
paid the price for new one and not the used one. what should i do in that
case. I need to gift to someone.please let me know asap”。
担心的事情真的发生了。邮寄之前就担心。所以还拍了照片，证明是sealed，没有打
开的。以前在ebay卖过笔记本什么，从来没有碰到这样的买家。
现在该怎么办？我留了receipt，照了照片，同时也买了signature requirement。
对了，病人的名字和地址如下，以防大家再碰到

让丫拍照片，把序列号和scratches都给你发过来。
就说你都有record，丫要是骗人的，自己就一边歇着去了。

让寄回来, 记住看sn号.
这对ebay有效, 不知道对amazon有没有用.

恶心病人再次来信。“I saw ur rating and then only I bought that from u.fyi I
dont want a free pad that is why I paid first.i opened the box and I
noticed the scratches and I emailed u right away as I do not know what to do
after that.this is the first time I bought electronics from amazon.i am not
playing any game with you.i am a housewife and not a professional person.i
am diappointed by ur response.i want to return the item now which I was not
planning to do before.i thought I will send this one back and u can send me
the new one with no scratches on it.it is just opened rest is the same”

记录了s/n没有，如果s/n能对上，而且退回来发现有scratch，还真不见的是病人的错
