just represent yourself,
say it's due to improper set up or virus, need to do a total system recovery

Honor patient's return, give return address (don't give him label), then if
returned and find out defective, full refund; if normal working, charge
restocking fee.

大神,给指导指导
大约3周前,一个病人买我的本本,
我打算寄的时候发现地址不存在,
跟他联系要求改正地址.
天天发信,等了一周不回复,就open case
又等了一周还是没有消息,就close case
transaction取消了.
昨天终于来消息了,改正了地址,
原来ave 写成 EI,fedex不认.
这种情况还能寄么?
要是signature还受pp保护么?
他这个地方就在美莫边境,美国一侧,
隔几条街就是墨西哥,实在很担心啊.
