卖了一个 T1i + 55-250mm 镜头. 买家收到后留了Positive Feedback. 几天前,发信说
相机太
高档,不想要了想退,说只充了电没用过.过一天,又说不退了.昨天有发msg 说 55-250mm
镜头focus
有问题,在250mm, 1/3200sec 时照得相blur.要求replacement.同时file了paypal
dispute.
我收到paypal的email是"Dispute Has Been Escalated to a Claim".
请问这怎么处理好? 是不是让买家直接找canon?

不要问了，这个主意是ebay cs给出的，你准备接受return把

有点担心buyer换镜头.. sigh. 都结束一个月了,买家positive都留了两周, 还出这事.

there is not much you can do with ebay and paypal. they have final say

如果选 "Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount of xxx USD. The
buyer must return the item(s)", paypal 是先refund还是等我confirm buyer's
return? 如果paypal 先refund, 我没收到buyer's return,或是return 东西不全, 该
如何处
理??
