Dear Bison:
On September 09, 2010 I placed with Amazon (I have an account with them)
an order to purchase one Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus Graphing
Calculator for my son Charles (Order#:123-25435454-34154254). The
calculator was shipped on Sep. 10, 2010 and delivered to my house
without any problems. This calculator is required by my son's courses
on Geometry and Algebra at the Bronx H.S. of Science. Four weeks ago he
lost/misplaced it during one of his study periods. Two days ago I was
getting ready to purchase a replacement when my son informed us that the
calculator was found at his school and returned it to the school's Lost
& Found. This morning, Wed., 02.16.11, I went to the Lost & Found unit
and spoke with the person in charge, Ms. Robinson, (718-817-7775; fax #:
718-733-7951) and I showed her a copy of the envoice and the
confirmation e-mail from Amazon. She informed me this was not
sufficient documentation (since it did not show the ASIN/ISBN) to prove
the calculator belonged to my son hence there about 200 other students
that use the same model.
She told me to get a copy of the envoice or sale receipt (I cannot find
my own copy) from the seller, Bison, which includes the product name
and/or the ASIN/ISBN. I must point out that Ms. Robinson and I found
two serial number on the back of the calculator she has - the first
number is: 48233116377130 and the second is: 5532046. She wants to
verify if these numbers match the ones on the one I purchased from you.
Could you provide (or e-mail me) me with with a copy of the sale receipt
that includes the product name and the ASIN/ISBN so that I will be able
to claim my son's calculator?
Thank you for your cooperation.
