妈的2个月前买的电脑，这鸟人是个韩国人
Dear seller,
Recently I purchased this item and found it was a great product. But I had
to notice that the battery life of the machine I purchased was just slightly
more than 1 hour, contrary to the web descriptions of 4.5 hrs. As a scholar
and a professional researcher at harvard, I need to take notes/research
scripts at various occasions, and the battery life is really crucial. I
expect you to send me a brand new one (not refurbished one) ASAP.
