这个油的沸点是475,适合炒菜.这个油浇鱼很合适,家里油烟不大.如果你放其他的油,家
里到处都是油味道.
sunflower seed是沸点465.
good deal at amazon.
I bought 16oz at whole food.
it cost me $6.99.
no coupon for this.

the best oil for stir-fry.
but it is costy.
没有怪味
make sure you bought the good brand-refined.expeller pressed.
make sure your grape seed oil is in glass bottle.
do not buy the plastic one.

peanut oil and grape seed oil have different high heat points.
I do not recommend you to mix them and stir fry.
