今天又遭遇一个chargeback, 下面是我的representation:
The buyer placed his order on June 13, 2011, immediately sent me email
saying the address (Long Beach, CA) in his order is his old address, and
asked me to send the item to his new address in Westminster, CA. I replied
and asked him to cancel his order and update his address and place another
new order, he called me and pleaded me to process with the shipping to his
Westminster address (All those messages can be viewed in Amazon's email
system).
On June 15 he placed another order and asked me to do the same thing. I
canceled this new order and called FedEx to call back the first package.
When he found out FedEx was not going to deliver this ipad, he called me
again and pleaded with his case. So I called FedEx to change the package
again, and eventually he was able to pick it up at FedEx location in
Placentia, CA with his signature as "RKIM" on June 18, 2011, 12:32PM.
