两个人私下交流，也要硬撑不认错，我就不懂什么心态。
我要cpn,他说有，我马上说给我吧，我等两小时木有，急用就买别人的，怕他等，写信
告诉他我有了，另外善意提醒他以后看信及时一些。他说等了我十个小时。我说木有啊

I do not see similar attitude in your email. Why is it so hard to say sorry?
