卖了个自用淘汰的二十笔记本电脑，被一个俄罗斯人买了，准备用USPS的Priority
Mail International，上面提到要Customs Form Envelope 2976E，不知道是怎么回事
，希望大家解解惑，谢谢。
另外，Package Information下面的Category of Item 写什么好呢，是不是应该写
Commerical Sample 或者写“Other”然后说明是旧笔记本呢？
USPS去俄罗斯邮费好像还可以，Priority Mail International 邮费10磅才57刀
，Express Mail International邮费10磅才67刀。

用express寄，别用priority，usps网站上打印label就可以无视那个form（网上打的时
候有物品描述等）

use paypal to print, you don't need worry about customer form

no matter you use usps or paypal, you need to put page 1-3 into envelope
2976E and keep page 4 for your own record in case lost or damage. you really
need to keep page 4 in a safe place. if package is lost, usps need original
shipping label which is page 4. you can get 2976E from local post office
or order some from their website. one more thing, you better buy insurance
for the package. i lost several packages already shipped to former Soviet
Union Countires.
for category, you can write gift.

ft, you guys didn't give the key point
i pointed the right way, paypal to print, then give to usps
you know what? you CAN'T print russia and other russia related country label
in usps!!!!!!!!!!!
