Please read the following terms and instructions CAREFULLY, failure to
comply with the instructions may cause delay or refusal for your refund/
reimbursement.

Please print this email and print your Name, Address, Phone Number, eBay /
Amazon user ID, eMail and item / order Number.
Send together the paper with the above information and the item you want to
return.
Please pack carefully to avoid potential damage. Use shipping company with
Insurance and Tracking number (we recommend Fedex or UPS).
Please DO NOT use recycled box to package your item. Please use NEW BOX
WITHOUT prior TAPE / SEAL. NOTE: We have recently fraudulent buyers return
total junk/empty box for defective items, to avoid this, we require that all
boxes CANNOT be Re-sealed and Opened. We will inspect the package and video
-graph the whole process of box opening to insure that the package we get is
what you send us.
Failure to provide a NEW box with NO Re-Seal will cause rejection of your
refund request.
