一个FBA高价手机,明显的EVIL IMEI对不上。buyer 8月下单买的手机,退回来的手机
还有7月份的通话记录。。amazon竟然不赔.现在 reimburse 基本上太难了。
As per our conversation, I really appreciate the fact that you provided
proof of images to the email that you sent to us. And upon reviewing the
images you provided, I noticed that the IMEI of the unit is different from
the box so I processed a reimbursement on your behalf. However, I apologize
because the reimbursement I requested to the appropriate department did not
went through.
Upon checking the item, they noticed that the unit was returned back to the
Fulfillment Center tagged as 'Customer Damaged' and marked as Unsellable
which denies the credit.
Please understand that as per Amazon policy, we do not reimburse for the
items tagged as 'Customer Damaged / Defective'
