一个FBA高价手机,明显的EVIL IMEI对不上。buyer 8月下单买的手机,退回来的手机
还有7月份的通话记录。。amazon竟然不赔.现在 reimburse 基本上太难了。
As per our conversation, I really appreciate the fact that you provided
proof of images to the email that you sent to us. And upon reviewing the
images you provided, I noticed that the IMEI of the unit is different from
the box so I processed a reimbursement on your behalf. However, I apologize
because the reimbursement I requested to the appropriate department did not
went through.
Upon checking the item, they noticed that the unit was returned back to the
Fulfillment Center tagged as 'Customer Damaged' and marked as Unsellable
which denies the credit.
Please understand that as per Amazon policy, we do not reimburse for the
items tagged as 'Customer Damaged / Defective'
I hope this information will allow you to have this matter satisfactorily
resolved. However, if you feel that you need further assistance on your

will be more than happy to assist you.

我的被换货电脑也不能Reimburse, 说是被Fulfillment department marked as “
defective”;
Fulfillmenet department 根本就不检查; 寄个不同型号的电脑回来, 他们也没发现.

same here, it seems that as long as item is returned as 'Customer Damaged /
Defective', no matter how evil it is (swap item, physical damage, etc.),
amazon takes no responsibility nor accuse the customer of any responsibility

马鬃的reimbursement政策现在收的有些过头了。以前太松,现在太紧。以前可能想着
如何把蛋糕做大,现在开始想着如何盈利。估计reimbursement这块收紧后,马鬃能少
支出很大一块。我记得梦老以前发过一个贴,好像一年前missing的货找到后又把之前
reimburse的钱扣回去了,这实在是太过了。
