Restocking fees:
A $35 restocking fee applies to all devices (excluding tablets)
purchased through AT&T, except where prohibited. The restocking fee does not
apply to iPhone if it is returned, unopened, during the return period.
A restocking fee of 10% of the sales price applies to all tablet returns
(including iPad), except where prohibited. The restocking fee does not
apply to iPad if it is returned, unopened, during the return period.

google credit card return protection, 我上次用amex在best buy退电脑的时侯被收
了restocking fee,i filed a claim with amex return protection department,后来
restocking fee被cover了

报警！没商量，同时找报社。然后拿着警察记录收据什么的，信用卡拒付。再不行，找
总店投诉+BBB之。

你应该先报警，拿到报告，先试试信用卡charge back. 这样可能可以拿到免费的ipod.
如果不行再试着联系总店+BBB。
别说我WS，对付黑店，就应该以黑对黑。
