几个月前被老毛子chargeback的IPHONE,

1:The package was delivered to the address on the order through USPS.
Signature is required for the delivery. The tracking number is: ******. (The
information from the USPS system indicates that the package was delivered
at 11:36 am on January 14, 2012 in TORRANCE, CA 90504 to EASTBIZ and was
signed by T TRAN.)
2:The buyer contacted us on Feb 1,2012 for the missing item. Through the
communication with him, we got the information that he bought many items
online and delivered all to the forwarding company EASTBIZ in TORRANCE http://www.shipito.com, from where all the items was combined to one package and shipped to his address in Russia. The buyer also provided the photos of the package and the label (tracking number is:*****) from the company EASTBIZ which is not our original package and label.
然后AMAZON successfully defended the chargeback.可是今天我又收到这个IPHONE被
chargeback了,打电话给客服,人家说不是系统错误,也不是用了两个信用卡,而是对
方的信用卡公司又CHARGEBACK了,对方想拿回钱。是不是对方又拿到什么别的证据了啊
?我该怎么回复?谢谢!
