病人6/22买的Epson 645, 6/29 delivered. 今天 (7/31) 给我发信说不work,要求
return and refund. 我说你都过了30天的return window了, 找Epson的warranty
service吧, 结果她就file了A-to-Z:

Subreason: Items arrived damaged
Buyer Comments:
Customer bought this printer from the seller but was not able to get the
print set up tell today. She set it up and found that it is not printing the
black ink. She contacted the manufacture in regards to this and did the
troubleshooting they asked. that did not fix the issue and they instructed
the customer to contact the seller of this item in regards to this issue.
She contacted the seller and the seller told her that they are not able to
return item since its outside return window via 1 day.
