感恩节特别忙。但是这个事还是不吐不快。
卖了一个东西。200多。加了签名。客户claim说没收到。开了a to z
按照以往的经验,这种情况,我肯定赢的。直接把tracking回复给amazon。结果今天
amazon回复说我输了。理由如下。大家说是不是以后加签名也没用了?

information that you have provided does not prove that the item(s) were
delivered to the buyer. As noted in Section (5.k) of the Participation
Agreement:
"We reserve the right to seek reimbursement from Seller if we, in
our sole discretion, decide to reimburse Buyer under the terms
of the Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee, provide a refund to Buyer if
Seller cannot promptly deliver the goods, discover erroneous or
duplicate transactions, or receive a chargeback from Buyer's
credit card issuer for the amount of Buyer's purchase from
Seller."
