发信咨询的比例显著增加。
一是问XX之前能不能寄到。这两天问的一般都没问题，但是仍然担心啊，万一有疏漏护
士没及时drop，或者自己忘记发label了，那病人肯定就发飙了。
二是要cancel order，因为Amazon上显示XX之前无法寄到。我说能寄到，不行，还是得
cancel，因为病人说已经从别人哪儿高价买了能确定寄到的。最麻烦的是label都给护
士了，说已经寄了吧其实还能要回来，说没寄吧，找护士又得等护士确认没ship，劳心
劳力。
我们这种seller不能设置2nd day and overnight shipping真是亏大了。

have ordered this laptop directly from HP but have been informed that it
will not arrive in time for Christmas. HP Direct currently has a $150 off
coupon, which is why I chose to order from them in the first place. With tax
and the applied coupon, the price of the laptop came to $756.54. If you are
willing to offer me similar savings I will cancel my order with HP and
order from you instead because I really need this laptop to arrive in time
for Christmas. Thank you so much for your time and I hope you will consider
helping me out with this matter.
