一个多月前恶霸上寄了一个包裹，USPS一直显示in transit。以为包裹丢掉了，就full
refund病人了。结果今天病人来信说包裹刚收到，叫我resend him the invoice to
get pay again.这个一般怎么弄啊?

the easiest way is send him a paypal invoice
you can re-send ebay invoice, but there are some tricks, and often, even you
are able to send, buyer cannot pay due to a previous refund assciated with
the transaction. not sure if ebay fix the giltch.
or let buyer mail you a personal check which can save you some paypal fee.
