hi,
I received the laptop today and after setting up the system,I tried to check
the warranty status and it says warranty is only till 20th of August,2013.
This is really not acceptable as I am expecting a full one year warranty ,
as I purchased "a brand new product".
...
I sincerely hope that this is not a refurbished or used device which has
been repacked.
Please refund me an amount that you seem fair for the remainder of the
warranty period that i am losing out.

是amazon卖的?
ebay的话,顺便爆下ebay ID吧
这样的,就是讹你钱的.
怕了就refund一点.
要我就死磕,老印基本上你让他一尺,他进你一丈.
跟他说warranty从你买的那天算,不是他买的那天算.

default是有manufacturer的warranty, 所以没有的话要在seller's comments里写清楚
。当然多数reseller,包括我自己都没做不到，但并不代表可以理直气壮拒绝病人的正
当要求。要不然就和病人死磕，看amazon怎麽判。

I would be glad to know that, if LZ could 死磕 the buyer and let us know the
outcome，though myself wouldn't do that. And myself wouldn't buy a laptop
from a seller without full warranty...

you certainly have the right.
but you should have knowledge as well that the third-party seller at amazon
is not able to give you full warranty.

Many sellers are able to, adorama, J&R... But that is not important. The
point is: how many buyers would still buy from amazon marketplace if they
know there is no full warranty? If those "人傻钱多”wouldn't buy, how much
less would you sell and earn?
