Hi Folks,
I'm unhappy after 3 months after buying a new printer to have a broken
printer and after speaking to HP for 1.5 hrs on the phone to have them tell
me I was shipped a printer that was nearly 2 years old all ready and out of
warranty. What can you do for me?

很显然，又是csr简单的推卸掉了
只要buyer说是ebay买的，csr两句话都给打发了。

我遇到过相似的问题，病人直接就去买了2年的extended warranty, 我给病人买单

我觉得，要么搞个一年内的receipt让他claim warranty
要么只有接受return，full refund
再给他一台绝不可取。这可能是个无底洞了。

get a receipt then call HP csr to reset warranty from purchased date.

也可以，总比再给一台强
既然有trouble,最好的解决办法就是彻底掐死trouble.而不是让隐患一直存在。

WARRANTY是跟着SN走的，在店里清仓久了卖出去的货,HP当作obsolete model处理（HP
是要求零售商在一定时间内卖出的，过了时间没卖出去，warranty就开始算了），即
使你刚买，warranty过了他们就不管了

都3月了,没法neg了
a-z claim defective 也赢不了
好像amanz 政策写的defective 必须14天内
这对b 神就是个痒痒阿,告诉it 过了退货期了,这边不负责了,如果需要,可以帮忙联系
