SB病人用USPS退了一台电脑给我, USPS网站明明显示包裹还没有送到. 这个SB竟然直
接开了AZ, 要我退钱.
我说要收到退货才能退款, SB一口咬定说我已经收到包裹了

好像超过100退货也要签名的，buyer没有要求签名的话，amazon应该会判你win?
