out that there is a portion of the comment which is pertaining to a faulty
item received by the buyer. In this case, the feedback you received is not
eligible for removal. Please do not consider this as a denial for your

Though this is an Amazon-fulfilled order, I see that the item in question is
stickerless and you are the only seller who sent this item to our
fulfillment center. As you are aware, if there are multiple sellers who sent
this item to our warehouse, then there might be a possibility of inventory
mix up. However, in this case, as you are the only seller who shipped this
item to our fulfillment center, we shipped the item as sent by you directly
to the buyer. Hence if the buyer is commenting about the item condition,
seller is solely responsible for it.
