please provide the following information via e-mail:
- A photo of the mailing label on the outside of box
- A photo of the packing slip
- A photo of the actual units that were received
- Tracking numbers on the box or boxes received
As soon as we receive the photos and the tracking number, we will begin
investigating the customer return and provide appropriate resolution.
