amazon卖了个一百多刀的hard drive. 日本鬼子刚收到就说The Hard Drive seems
somewhat defective. Some of the folders that were pre-installed are
corrupted and I cannot access the files on the hard-drive.现在他说要先联系
Western Digital，如果是hardware issue就要求replace with a new one。鬼子是不
是想以旧换新啊?求指点，包子答谢。

看他连络厂商结果如何？真的厂商不给换，你请他把东西退回，
硬盘你是卖全新的，如果外观看不出来是不是以旧换新，用软件测一下也可以查。

你寄给买家的时候应该有SN记录吧，这样就不怕买家以旧换新了。
