差不多40%的帐号,发钱的时候出现这个, amazon做的差, 不大会呀, 还是设置什么的有
问题, 还是对方的帐号真有问题?

It happened to me this morning when copy & paste was used to input email
address.
Problem solved by manually input the email address.
