在Paypal的Resolution Center里应该选哪一个？
How would you like to resolve this issue?
Provide proof of receipt. Select one:
Accept liability for this transaction. PayPal will reverse the charge.
Inform PayPal that I’ve already refunded the payment.
包裹要不要追回？

If you are new seller with few Paypal transactions, you'd better to recall
the package, and then refund the payment. Otherwise, your Paypal account
maybe get LIMITED although Paypal may cover you. If you have many Paypal
transactions of expensive goods, just provide the shipping information, you
will be covered. Anyway, I would recall the package if not delivered and
then call Paypal after receiving it, Paypal may cover the shipping cost.

我刚打了电话给fedex，他们说不能退回给我。只能让收货的人收了之后再寄给我。怎
么这么麻烦啊？况且我还不知道那个收货的人是不是盗账户的人。

不用追，有seller protection和签名就可以了
paypal赔两边。
或者你追回来再寄个砖头去更赚，还能让盗卡的drop shipper难受Lol

但我在paypal的resolution center中应该怎么回复呢？现在的状态是waiting for
seller's response. 我选Accept liability for this transaction. PayPal will
reverse the charge的话，就会立即refund买家。接下来paypal就会把钱返还给我？

你如果要求签名了，不用call back
提供tracking就行了。你啥也不用做了。等paypal cover

If you use ebizship.com or net, you need ask Sinoknight to recall the
package. Again, if you don't have issue with Paypal limitation, just relax
and Paypal will cover you.

我是在ebay里打印的，那我是不是要联系ebay来追回包裹呢。我不太清楚Paypal
limitation是什么意思。

Because you are not the owner of the shipping account, you cannot recall it.
I am not sure how that works at Ebay. If Paypal covers too many of your
transactions, Paypal will lose money. If the total chargeback (or
unauthorized charge) is more than 10% of your total Paypal transaction in a
specific period, Paypal may suspend your account or hold 10% (or more) of
your money for three months. As an active Ebay seller, that's a lot of mony
to be held if not suspended.

多谢指教！学习很多。希望以后少碰到evil。不用ebay的系统打label了，用科长的，
又便宜，追回包裹时还方便。

你在ebay create的label就是你的label,你就是shipper.

不是的。我打过电话了。客服说这个Fedex账户的持有人是ebay，要退只能退到ebay的
市场部，但这没有意义。不能退到我这里。
