If Overnight Express, NO. If the address or phone number can tracked to the
buyer, it should be OK. Standard caution procedure: take pictures of the
item S/N with label. If expensive item, multiple pictures from different
angel and shipping with signature. If less than $250 but shipping address is
apartment, it is better to have signature. When printing your shipping
label with USPS Priority mail, choose free $100 USPS insurance (by default,
$50 is free, however if you put $100, it is still free). Good luck!

看看paypal的detail里，付款人的名字，和收货人的名字是不是一样
一样也许还好，不一样的话，99%是盗用信用卡，到时候信用卡主人会chargeback
