It is prohibited to sell coupons for “free” products.
- You can only sell up to $100 value in coupons or 25 valid, unexpired,
original coupons per month. The 25 allowed coupons include multi-quantity
listings.
卖个奶票现在也不行了? 其他人都怎么list上去的。

卖coupon早先本来就基本被ebay禁止，只不过查的不是特别严格
