unwieldy than it appears and as it is described online.

Yes, we want to return our extremely poorly made Dyson vacuum and we want a
full return. Not a deduction. We did not use the vacuum. We opened it, saw
how heavy it was and how hard to push, and put it back in the box. If we
don't receive a full refund, we will contact the better busines bureau and
post negative reviews everywhere possible to let other buyers know to avoid
your company and its tricky, unethical return policy with a deducted packing
cost. That is ridiculous.

this is typical buyer remorse ya
get the weight, it match amz description, others are just dissatisfaction of
product.
restocking fee is normal. amazon will support you.
