订了五个 收到一个 还有一个没ship出来 发邮件问 然后收到下面回复

you have not received your package yet. We try our best to ship items out as
fast and effectively as possible. It's a little surprising to hear that an
order placed on the 2nd did not arrive yet. I would be more than happy to go
ahead and pull up your order #2793266 for you.
After pulling up your order, I was able to see that you had ordered the
Braun Series 7-790cc Pulsonic Shaver System. The order was scheduled to go
out to your address. Unfortunately , our system shows that the item was
returned back to our warehouse. I am not quite sure to why this may have
happened and I am unsure of whether there was a problem in transit or not.
The one thing that is known as that you did not receive your package. For
that, I am terribly sorry. While I would love to send out another one to you
, we are unfortunately out of stock of that item. I am going to go ahead
and issue a refund for your order. You will be refunded for $140.69 which is
what you paid minus the discounts that you had used.
