I believe they had a system glitch, my Nov transactions was put under Dec. I
did not receive my Nov $20 ink recycle either.
One rep said because I used a coupon on the battery purchase, so the reward
bucks did not kick in. Well, that does not explain why I did not get ink
rewards either.
