在ebay上卖了个Iphone, 刨了手续费一分不赚。
今天 paypal 给了个 Case, 说 buyers filed a chargeback and
asked the credit card issuer to reverse payment。
The buyer claims that this purchase was made without authorization to use
the credit card.
有delivery notice, 还有buyer的feedback， 说了个Thank you.
我会去respond 这个case, 但我担心的是The credit card issuer decides if the
buyer's claim is legitimate.
这种情况下， 我会不会也有理没地儿说？ 好像credit card issuer's decision 就是
final decision, 不能上诉。 我也没有什么经验。
请大侠们帮忙啊。
