电脑以坏换新
买了我一台dell电脑，收到后立刻以defective为由要求退货，我问了SN，他提供的SN
match，没办法authorize了return。然而寄回来的电脑是坏的，且SN不对，同时电脑
Username是Ryan_ng, 一个香港人的名字。显然是碰上了evil，且很可能也是一个
seller，说不定也在版上。email过去让他寄正确的回来，该evil不承认，开了atoz，
居然还说“shame on you to try to play the game and steal from other people.
No matter you are chinese or not, you will be caught doing this and you will
pay your price.”。这个evil真是不要脸到极致。
下面说一些我了解到的evil的情况
Guangquan Gu, 经查在美国没有重名的，独此一家。毕业于University of Minnesota-
Twin Cities的EE，目前在Intel担任senior engineer，住在
92 FARVIEW CT
SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94131-1212
该地址经查为Guangquan 与另一位男士Steven T. Lee在几年前以713，000的价格合买
，至于两人是什么关系，为何两个男的一起买房我就不得而知了。Guangquan好歹也混
了个硕士，进了大公司，英语写作水平巨差无比不说，居然可以原封不动用来当改错题
，下面转一封他的“佳作”：
"Hi, I received my order on Aug, 28th. I noticed that some keys are not
working properly. I have to type very hard for them to show up on the screen
, for example, the key "g". Because I need to type hard, same letter
will show up either none or multiple times on screen. This is defective
product. I would like to replace it or return it."
我知道按照目前amazon的policy我很可能会被判负，但是同evil的斗争，净化ebiz的环
境是我们每个人的责任，所以只好一搏。过几天拿到evil的照片会继续跟进爆料。同时
希望有Guangquan Gu信息的医护用私信和我联系。感激之至
