staples全美一共关了一百多家吧，还好了
反正俺这里十几家都还在。
od就不同了，俺这本来4，5家，现在就一家活着。om倒一个都没少。

It is hard to say if the old OM visa master deals will be gone or not but
look like it would be. Last year, most old OM visa master deals are
unadvertised but OD/OM ones are advertised with a limit of 1 per customer.

those cards any more.
One worse things is that OM used to have some nice coupons for everything.
Now every coupon has became the non-technology etc BS.

Basically, OD rewards/coupons suck. The company has no strategy or any
loyalty program that could attract customers to its site or stores. OD/OM
would become irrelevant if nothing is changed within 1-2 years.

True, but its retail division still represents almost 50% of its sales. The
only reason it is doing OK right now is due to the benefits of the merger
synergies. It is able to cut costs and obtain savings from its product lines
and distribution channel.
As its sales continue to decline and more and more stores get closed,then we
will see the trend gets reversed. Although the retail division is not very
profitable, the retail division has absorbed a lot of the fixed costs for
the company such as the distribution centers.
