病人说下了2单，可是ebay awaiting shipment里面就一单，等了一天了，还是就一单
；登录paypal可以看到确实有两个transactions. 另外，email里面就收到一个ebay的
sold通知；paypal的email完全没有收到，其他的ebay的交易付款paypal email通知都
正常收到。
Hi,
I was traveling when I made my order, eBay didn't complete and when I
checked PayPal two orders was made. I only need one. Can you send one
payment back to me, I could ask PayPal to do it but easier to ask you first.

把你上面写的回复给buyer好了，让他找ebay/paypal
有时候抽风是这样子的

purchases, an eBay transaction was never created even though a payment for
the item was processed through PayPal.
The following payment(s) was deposited into your PayPal account where the
sale information may not have made it to you. We’re crediting the buyer(s)
for the transaction(s) within the next 7 days, but please keep any payment
you’ve received. We’re picking up the tab on this.
If you and the buyer have already been in contact, or if you’ve already
shipped the item, that’s great. We’ve let the buyer know the item does not
need to be returned.
Rest assured you will be protected from having your performance rating
lowered as a result of this issue.
