病人购得一打印机,收货开箱发现扫描翻盖己破损。逐要求return/refund.
俺回复求照片。病人立馬来了a-to-z。电话病人要求撤销a-to-z。病人不同意,称一旦
撤销,他便不能再a-to-z。病人称只要全额退款便可撤销。俺求教版上大神,如何处置

Just handle the return request in accordance with your return policy.
Represent to Amazon that you are communicating with your customer and will
issue a full refund is the defective claim is approved. Stated that your
order was fulfilled with a brand new item.
You did nothing wrong. Shits happened. Don't panic, follow your guideline.
Or you can propose a partial refund for the part. Ask your buyer about it.
If he is reasonable, he might take the offer.

赞 分析的合理 A-to-Z是会扣seller评分,但不意味一定会赔钱。
两条,
1. 如实向amazon 汇报问题,证明自己是按照规则来做的。发的新打印机。也是
shipping 有问题。
2. 跟病人协商,病人说是坏的,根据规定,让他退回来,如果你检查没问题,扣他
restocking fee+shipping 至少要保证你这单不陪。同时保留证据,给他看。如果他讲
理,他不会纠缠。如果不讲理,提供给amazon,amazon会评判。
要点两条
跟amazon 沟通,和保留证据。

拿回来核对一下sn,是你的货的话,全反给buyer。向ups,fedex,usps 索赔。

你这个应该一开始就要找fedex索赔,最好让fedex亲自去pickup然后给你寄回来。
