铁定是evil，发过去说型号不对。交涉几个回合，结果几天发来一封信
“hm, I'm pretty sure you did not send the right item. I will not take down
my negative feedback until I get my money back or the correct item I ordered
. I'm not threatening you guys or anything but I'm in the Navy and I can ask
my chain of command how I can handle this more professionally. So your call
. ”
可不可以理解为收到威胁，报告amazon，顺便让马鬃吧neg去掉

这个不算威胁吧，人家只是说我是海军，我可以问问我的战友们如何能更专业的解决问
题...当然你引申了可以觉得是威胁，但是字面意思没有
