买了3个电脑都说坏的，我该如何应对？
买了我3个一样的电脑，然后给我发了下面一封信，要求退货：
Dell Inspiron 15 Notebook (3541) SN#: (QC by Kevin)
1. G595H52
2. 4Q95H52
3. 7JL7H52
The Dell Inspiron 15 Notebooks was unpacked and inspected for physical
damage, no physical damage was found, Performed Power on Self-Test, 5 beeps
heard from audio speaker indicates a Real Time Clock (RTC) power fail,
possible cause is CMOS battery failure. The Dell Inspiron 15 notebooks
failed QC.

问他，电脑开机能进入系统否？能进入系统的话，如果显示电池能充电，就没毛病
再要么就咨询Dell，看dell 认可他的结论不

谢谢！请问你意思是让我去咨询dell吗？之前让买家联系dell，买家拒绝了

不好说，FBM的拿回来就知道对方是否evil了。
这买家曾经一次买过我5个电脑，邮寄到Pago Pago的地址。不知道什么原因，包裹到WA
就没有update。这斯就开az把钱要回去了。后来我联系USPS查询，邮局只是解释这包裹
是有点不正常，可能是看到有电池的东西，走了船运。船运是要经过夏威夷，要等船满
了才开运。3个月后还是没进展，邮局都tracking不了了。我让买家万一以后收到货将
货退回来。迄今杳无音信，就这样钱货两空。不好说是邮局出问题了还是对方有问题。
被USPS和买家合伙搞了。
这买家估计还是以后尽量绕道了。
