anyone knows about that? control loan? how does it do that? through
interest rate or issues some guidence to commerical banks. or the
banks policy is directly controled by the goverment?
how did it do that in late 1980s?

late 80s had a severe inflation ah -- this is one of the inflaming reason for
6/4 ah...
commercial banks, a.k.a. gov banks, had little to do about interest rate.

It looks like Gov't starts controlling infrustratural investment. Actually,
the key method is to control the local officials.

you mean now? central gov needs to cool down the growth rate right now, but
lack of financial control factors as Fed can do about interest rate in US; so
the only way is to curb investment. And the control will not be limited to
infrustructure soon.

政府现在开始对一些行业进行限制，尤其是钢铁和有色金属行业，新的项目一概压着不批
，采取更加审慎的个人信贷控制来防止新一轮坏账的产生，除非这些完全都没有效果，估
计中国政府才会考虑用提高利率的方法，但是目前来看中国政府已经收到了一些效果。
