请大家帮忙，我有一个class似乎要out of control了。几乎全班都在不停的说话，和
他们吵，他们也是只停下for one second.无法讲课。真样的怎么办呢？没法pick up
one for the punishment. 我现在很depressed.真的不想再做这个工作一天了。:(

好像salary 还没有我在餐馆工作的朋友的多，他们也没有这么累，这么痛苦。不好意
思这么抱怨，但。。。

I had the same experience two years ago, it is a rough bad school. If that
happens every day in most classes of most teachers, there is not way you can
fix it. Either quit or suck it up. If only happens to you, talk to your
colleagues to seek the suggestions.

We have the same issue in the whole team. We are not allowed to let students
out, so even they keep disrupting the class, we still need to keep them in
the class. Sometimes if it is too loud in the class, school police will come
in and help me. I think They are all same in urban public schools.
I tried something that sometimes work for me. When some students come into
class and do the Q.O.D quietly, I will give some treat like candy, and other
students will look at them and do the QOD too. Just

It might be helpful for you to find some classroom management books on line
or at a bookstore. I read a total of nine books last summer and picked up
quite some good ideas--just find the ideas that work for you. Also, find a
good mentor from your school. Remember, it is never too late to implement
some new classroom rules. The best time to start is at the very beginning of
the year but again, it is never too late...

同意以上xdjm的意见。新学期刚刚开始，还不晚。首先你要有信心，然后再来讲究方法。
我会
1.根据你这几天的观察，重新安排座位。
2.暂停教学1-2天，重新强化classroom rule.
3.make a big deal about small things.

多谢。
校长给所有老师发email说很多老师抱怨这个年级，问还有谁concern about them, and
she is going to talk to them or it will be a nightmare for the rest of the
teachers for the rest of the year. 我很高兴看到这个email.但是好像什么事情也
没发生，没人和他们talk.
我现在告诉他们我就pick up anyone for a warning first, then detention and
call parents. It works some. 我很不喜欢call parents to complain. 再看吧。
