Petition 140 package was shipped through USPS Priority Mail plus signature
confirmation service (total 16刀, 3天).
基本情况：
博后，非纯生物，但是相关。文章21篇；会议21篇; Book Chapter 1篇。媒体报道2个
，其中一个被12个网站大的小的转载。中文报纸一个，没放，免得还得翻译。最好的文
章就俩10分第一作者。审稿60篇for 17个杂志。中文审稿还有50篇没放，免得翻译。有
个NIH Grant 但是不是面向全体peers的所以不是太好claim，就只放在第二个 section
总引用423 (Google Scholar) 没区分独立引用。全部的引用都看了一遍，把所有表扬
我的文章，所在页，以及具体好的句子和索引都做了摘要用来做Petition Letter的素
材。实际上我在Petition Letter 中也的确大量使用了这些例子。个人理解这算硬证据
，就是让无数个peer来endorse我的工作，而且都是独立的。
Petition Letter中穿插推荐信里的句子。最后才大段引用了几个。推荐信7封，其中4
个独立，外加一个PhD 老板，一个合作者。再加一个editor的acknowledgement letter
to confirm 他们找审稿人的高标准。
前前后后弄了半年，认真工作的时间超过100个小时。基本是牺牲工作来做这个。有钱
的小伙伴还是找律师吧，DIY很累，很费时间。
等140批了或者被RFE了我再来更新。

Significant Changes in the Vaccination Requirements
Human papillomavirus vaccine and zoster vaccine are no longer required.
All other age-appropriate, ACIP-recommended vaccines continue to be required.
Significant changes to U.S. immigration vaccination requirements since the
last revision of the "Technical Instructions to Civil Surgeons for
Vaccination Requirements" are—
•Human papillomavirus vaccine does not need to be given to females 11
through 26 years of age.
•Zoster vaccine does not need to be given to persons 60 years of age
or older.
•Meningococcal conjugate vaccine, specifically tetravalent
meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4), should be given to persons 11
through 18 years of age. Meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine (MPSV) or
other forms of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (e.g., monovalent MCV) is not
an acceptable alternative for this age group.
•Influenza vaccine is required for applicants 6 months through 18
years of age during the influenza (flu) season. Influenza vaccine continues
to be required for adults 50 years of age or older.
