Anyone has any advice?
Basically, I'll need to generate barcode( which is easy)
And, take pictures(images) and to decode the barcode to numbers(or letters)
So, my question is how to decode the barcode by using images?

在我半年多以前的一篇长文中，分析了缺乏农村学生如何导致大学生素质的下降。
今年春节前，农村大学生比例下降的报道遍布媒体。这使我不得不把这篇被“埋没”的
文章翻出来，希望引起全社会的关注和思考。
据《广州日报》报道，目前城乡大学生的比例分别是82.3%和17.7%。而在上世纪80
年代，高校中农村生源还占30%以上。温家宝总理也感慨道：“过去我们上大学的时候
，班里农村的孩子几乎占到80%，甚至还要高，现在不同了，农村学生的比重下降了。
这是我常想的一件事情。”(新华社1月4日)
关于农村学生比例下降的后果，媒体多从社会公平的角度来讨论，很少从效率的角
度来着眼。实际上，中国的高等教育把农村学生排斥在外所带来的不仅仅是公平问题，
而且还是大学生平均智商的下降，这最终伤害的是中国的竞争力。
中国对教育问题很少有量化的研究，许多事情只能凭直觉判断。比如，根据

But, still, I guess, i need write my own code to generate and read them
